Mohammad Razaul Karim, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Public Administration at Comilla University, Cumilla, Bangladesh. He has completed his PhD in International Politics under the School of Political Science and Public Administration at Shandong University of P.R. China. His research interests are in South Asian politics and administration, security, and urban governance.
