Dr. Husne Jahan Chowdhury is a Professor of Management Studies at Comilla University, Bangladesh. She has extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Her primary research interests include Entrepreneurship Training and Development, SME Management, Human Rights, Employment Generation, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Conflict Management and Negotiation, and Bank Management. Her Ph.D. research, titled "Impact of Training for the Development of Entrepreneurship: A Study on Small Business in Bangladesh," reflects her long-standing commitment to entrepreneurship development and small business research.
Dr. Husne Jahan has published numerous research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has authored several scholarly publications in her areas of expertise. In recognition of her outstanding academic and research contributions, she has received several prestigious awards, including the University Grants Commission (UGC) Award.
She earned both her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Ph.D. in Management from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. She is actively engaged in research, teaching, and academic collaboration, with a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in entrepreneurship, management, human resource development, and sustainable business practices.
