Dr. Pradip Debnath is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Comilla University, Bangladesh. He joined as a Lecturer in November 2013 and was the Founding Head of the Department. He has also served as Dean of the Faculty of Science. Dr. Debnath received the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Scholarship and earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University, India. His research focuses on natural products, including ethnobotanical studies, medicinal plants, phytochemistry, pharmacological evaluation, and the scientific validation of traditional medicinal plants and bioactive compounds. His work connects traditional medicinal knowledge with evidence-based scientific research.
