Meshkat Ebnay Mozahid is a Lecturer in the Department of Statistics at Comilla University, Bangladesh. He holds academic qualifications in Statistics and has professional experience spanning academia, banking, and industry.
Prior to joining Comilla University, he served as a Senior Officer at ONE Bank PLC from February 2024 to January 2025, following his tenure as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at the same institution from February 2023 to January 2024. Earlier, he worked as a Product Leader (Executive) at National Polymer PLC from April 2022 to December 2022, where he gained practical experience in product management and business operations.
His research interests include Applied Statistics, Public Health, Predictive Analytics, Time Series Analysis, and Econometrics. He is particularly interested in applying statistical and econometric methods to address real-world challenges in healthcare, economics, and policy analysis. His academic and professional experiences have fostered a multidisciplinary approach to quantitative research, integrating statistical modelling with data-driven decision-making.
In addition to teaching, he is actively engaged in research and is committed to advancing evidence-based practices through statistical analysis and interdisciplinary collaboration.
